Out of state inquiries should be emailed to JeffersonDocs, can be faxed to 740-282-5765 or, requested by phone at 844-640-6446 as a customer service inquiry. You must use Adobe Reader to fill and submit this Interim Report. Please send the completed Interim Report to JeffersonDocs Child Support Due to state required mandates for Child Support, effective June 1, 2017 any individual coming into the Child Support Agency is required to show proper identification. You must have either a Driver's License or a State ID card. If you do not have either you can obtain a New/Renewal State ID card through the BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) at a price of $10.00/$19.00 |
