Foster Parent News

Welcome to the new Jefferson County Department of Job and Family Services, Foster Parent website! We are in the process of enhancing our services to foster parents and to the public in general. Currently, certified foster parents now have online access to monthly forms, which can be printed or completed online and e-mailed to the Agency. Training Dates for both certified foster parents, and those seeking certification are now available from this site as well. Questions and Answers (Q&A) and an Inquiry Form, to obtain information on becoming a certified foster parent is now available.

Children Services has moved to its new location at 125 S Fifth St., Steubenville, OH and is located in the lower level of the Jefferson County Department of Job and Family Services building.
